  • The filter brewing method produces a delicious, full-bodied cup of coffee ready on demand for your guests.

    Whether it’s discreetly grabbing a cup during a presentation, a quick 15-30 minute intermission, or a leisurely break in the agenda, filter coffee delivers a hassle-free cup of coffee so your guests can move on to more important things.

  • We cater small to large sized events organized by businesses, international organizations, non-profits, and educational institutions in and around Vienna.

    We can serve anywhere from 75 to 1000 cups of coffee per day.

  • We are happy to offer both simple and high-quality handmade pastries and light snacks through our catering branch, Personal Chef Vienna. Just include it in your request and one of our chefs will be in touch.

  • All payments can be made via bank transfer. We require a deposit of 50%, and you will receive a final invoice for the remaining 50% after your event.

    We typically plan purchases and staffing two weeks before the event. From that point on, we have costs that we must pass on.

    • Cancellation up to 15 days before the event = 0%

    • Cancellation earlier than five days before the event = 50%

    • Cancellation later than five days before the event = 100%
